Chad asked all the right questions about how to become well-informed to make real estate buying and selling decisions. He asked about the origins of Hypernomics, its practical applications, and, most notably, for the show, how examining multiple features of properties can refine real estate analysis.
Happily, all the data you need for such analyses is retrievable on MLS listings so that everyone can gather and explore this information. It turns out that in addition to the critical square footage of properties, zip code, property age, and walkability score are also necessary. You'll want to combine all of them to create a value estimator. The idea here is there's no guarantee that you will get the best answer, but you want to be able to create a map to direct you to the correct answer.
